  Return or Exchange Policy at Red Seduction  
     
  We hope you like our products and enjoy your experience while shopping at Red Seduction. However, if you are unhappy or dissatisfy of what you purchased, please contact us and we will arrange a return or exchange for you.  
     
  The following rules are applied to all returns and exchanges:  
     
 
  • All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the confirmation of your order.
  • All return items must postmarked or reach us within 7 days after the refund/exchange request is approved.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item
  • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing process.
  • All products must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are soiled and with tags removed will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.
  • All returned products will be charged a 15% restocking fee or US$5 whichever is higher.
  • By Federal law and also due to health and hygiene reasons, no items that cover the crotch area (examples: panties, lingerie and swimwear that has part covers the crotch area) will be accepted for return or exchange.
  • No refunds will be given on costume from October 1st through October 31st. All exchanges must be received by October 15th.
  • If you have requested to exhange for an item that has a lower value than your exchange item, we will credit the difference back to the card that you make the purchase. Or if the item of the selected item is higher than the value of your exchange item, we will charge the difference from the card that you make the purchase.
  • If you receive the wrong or a defective item from us and would like to request a return or exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the it.
 
     
  Steps for return or exchange  
     
 
  • Please email us your return/exchange request to return@redseduction.com with the word 'Return/Exhange' on the email subject line. Also, please include your order number and the reasons of return/exchange in the email content within 14 days of delivery.
  • We will send you an acknowledgement email to confirm your request.
  • Place your return/exchange item into the original package.
  • Send return item to address specified in the acknowledgement email.
 
     
  Cancelling an order  
     
 
  • To cancel an order after it was placed please email us immediately, we will be glad to cancel it for you. once an order is processed and or shipped it can not be cancelled. We also reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to reach you because of a problem with your order.
